Sanded plywood provides a finished look and has one or two finished sides that are smooth and even. This is best in visible applications such as cabinets, shelving, and paneling. Sanded and finished plywood carries the strength for structural applications. We carry MDF, AC Sanded plywood, Birch, Red Oak, and other types. These boards are durable and need little to no additional work after purchasing.
AC Sanded Plywood
Thicknesses: 1/4″, 3/8″, 1/2″, 3/4″
CDX pressure-treated plywood features a smooth surface, ready to be painted or stained to suit your preference. This plywood can be used in both residential and commercial applications and is manufactured of southern yellow pine. One side is C-grade, and the other is D-grade. For use with work buildings, farm construction projects, and truck linings, among other uses.

MDF Plywood
Thicknesses: 1/2″, 3/4″
Particle Board, or MDF, is made from compressed wood and adhesives, sometimes using a mold. This plywood is less expensive than regular plywood because it is made from scraps and waste. MDF plywood holds up well against temperature changes but will swell when exposed to water and moisture. Be sure to seal edges to avoid potential water damage. MDF plywood is ideal for furniture construction.
