This month’s spotlight features Matt Racer from our Madison location. Matt specializes in Windows and Doors and focuses on contractor sales. He’s been a member of the Cardinal family for nearly 7 years now and he’s a salesman who truly loves to sell!

- How long have you worked with Cardinal: 6-7 years
- What was your background or experience before working at Cardinal? Worked as a Construction Laborer throughout High School and College Summer Months and about 1 year after College
- What is your area of expertise at Cardinal Home Center? I would say Marvin Windows and Doors.
- What’s the secret to a perfect deck? Madison Wood treated lumber. Quality treated or Composite decking material, and yearly maintenance as far as cleaning and staining.
- What do you enjoy most about working at Cardinal Home Center? Communicating between the Architect, Contractor and Homeowner and seeing a project through start to finish.
