60th Annual Blue Ridge Home Builders Association Parade of Homes – October 7th/8th & 14th/15th
CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA – The 60th Annual Blue Ridge Home Builders Association (BRHBA) Parade of Homes is here! Taking place on October 7th/8th and 14th/15th in Charlottesville, VA, this event proudly showcases some of the region’s finest builders.
Presented by Nest Realty, the 2023 Parade of Homes features 17 stunning homes available for viewing during the Parade of Homes Tour, with prices ranging from the upper $400s to over $2 million. Explore these homes to discover luxurious gourmet kitchens, spa-like owner baths, and impeccable interior and exterior features, including picturesque landscapes. Whether you’re new to Charlottesville, considering a move, or planning a home upgrade, this event provides an excellent opportunity to witness the quality and craftsmanship of twelve local builders.
Continuing the trend from last year, all entries are featured in an online Virtual Tour expertly produced by AirLens, LLC. Each of the 17 homes in the Parade Tour offers a Virtual Tour experience, complete with a full Matterport and video presentation. Additionally, there are eight Virtual Only entries and one Virtual Only Neighborhood entry available for online viewing, although they won’t be open to the public during the tour. The Virtual Tour will remain accessible online at www.brhbaparadeofhomes.com until the end of October.
You can access information about the Parade entries through various channels. The Parade of Homes Magazine, a comprehensive 64-page publication, features all the Parade entries and will be directly mailed to approximately 7,500 individuals in and around Charlottesville. Copies will also be available in Cville Weekly starting on September 27. The Parade map will be printed in Real Estate Weekly and the Daily Progress leading up to the event.
The Parade unfolds over two consecutive weekends, on Saturday, October 7th, and Sunday, October 8th, as well as on Saturday, October 14th and Sunday, October 15th. All 17 in-person entries are open to the public, free of charge, and will be attended by the builders and/or their agents from noon until 5 pm.
