Donation Request
By giving back to our local organizations, Cardinal Home Center helps to build a better community. Please complete the request form if your group or organization would like to be considered by Cardinal for support.
Contributions such as gift cards and material donations are provided directly from our stores. If you are requesting one of these types, please choose the closest Cardinal Home Center location for your request. Your cause or organization must operate locally and directly benefit the service area from the store where you are requesting the donation.
Monetary donations and sponsorship requests will be considered at the corporate level. Please select corporate in the store location field for your request.
