Cardinal Home Center has agreed to sell its whole goods division at Lake Anna to K&M Turf & Tractor. The transition took effect on June 25, 2026.

This transition includes Cardinal’s Lake Anna whole goods inventory, parts, service, equipment lines, consignment equipment, and the sales and service staff affiliated with that division.

K&M will operate as a separate business out of Cardinal Home Center’s Lake Anna location during the transition.

Cardinal Home Center Lake Anna will remain open and will continue operating as a home center and building supply store.

What This Means for Customers

Customers who have worked with Cardinal’s whole goods team can continue receiving support for equipment sales, parts, service, consignment, and related whole goods needs through K&M after June 25, 2026.

The whole goods sales and service staff will move to K&M as part of the transition. This helps provide continuity for customers who have purchased, serviced, ordered, or consigned equipment through Cardinal’s Lake Anna location.

Cardinal Home Center will continue serving Lake Anna customers with hardware, building supplies, lumber, paint, tools, home improvement products, and the everyday needs our customers rely on us for.

Manufacturer financing for whole goods purchases will be handled by K&M after June 25, 2026.

No. After June 25, 2026, whole goods inventory, parts, service, financing, consignment, and related transactions will be handled by K&M and will not run through Cardinal Home Center charge accounts.
