Arborcoat Stain Training for Cardinal Home Center Team in Charlottesville

One afternoon after the store closed last week, Cardinal Home Center’s paint team at Greenbrier gathered outside for a master class on Benjamin Moore Arborcoat Stain, put on by Bill Farmer. Now a paint outside salesman for Cardinal Home Center, Bill has over forty years of experience in the paint industry, working as a sales representative in the Central Virginia area.

Bill discussed cleaning and preparing a deck board or siding for Arborcoat stain during his training. Arborcoat is Benjamin Moore’s signature stain, with various applications for decks, fencing, and more. Available as a solid or translucent stain, it offers painters and DIYers alike the flexibility to stain your surface to get your desired look.

One of the keys to an excellent finish is preparation. Bill also emphasized asking customers about the condition of the material they are starting with for their project. Depending on whether it is a new deck or being refurbished, there are different choices of preparation to get the best result. Our team will be able to use this training to assist our future customers further and ensure they get their desired finish.

Fortunately, Cardinal Home Center and Benjamin Moore have teamed up to provide a great selection of cleaners, sandpapers, brushes, Arborcoat stain, and training to ensure your next home project is successful. Visit our Arborcoat page if you are interested in learning more about this product.
