Employee Spotlight: Clint Cash, Staunton Store Manager
Meet Clint Cash, the dedicated manager of our Staunton location! With over 40 years in the lumber and building materials industry, Clint brings a wealth of experience and a warm, welcoming demeanor to our team. He enjoys the daily interaction with customers and the opportunity to meet new people, making every day at Cardinal Home Center a rewarding experience.
Clint values the family-oriented culture at Cardinal and our genuine care for our employees. When asked about challenges he’s faced, Clint mentioned learning a new computer system, but he’s embraced the opportunity to grow and adapt.
We recently caught up with Clint to get an update on the Staunton store expansion, and he shared some exciting news: “The expansion is coming along great! The framing process is complete, and we’re on track to finish and move in by November. Customers can look forward to an expanded product line—from hardware to seasonal products, new door and window options, paint, and everything needed for home improvement.” We can’t wait to see the finished result!
Outside of work, Clint enjoys spending his free time relaxing with his grandkids. He’s a big fan of NASCAR, the Washington Commanders, and the Baltimore Orioles. When he’s not watching sports, you might find him enjoying the great outdoors—hunting, fishing, and finding his happiest moments in nature.
One thing that might surprise you about Clint is that he’s also a minister! This year, he even performed marriage ceremonies for two of Staunton’s employees. We feel fortunate to have such a talented, multifaceted leader guiding our Staunton team.
