Employee Spotlight: Bryston Frazier, Greenbrier

Meet Bryston Frazier, a valuable Cardinal Home Center family member since March 2022. Bryston plays a crucial role as a salesperson, with the occasional venture into inventory maintenance.

When asked about his proudest accomplishment, Bryston shared a fascinating aspect of his life—he volunteered with the fire department since age 15. This dedication to community service showcases his commitment beyond the workplace.

One of Bryston’s passions lies in the art of color matching, a skill he has honed over time. He takes pride in perfecting color mixes and has successfully undertaken numerous projects. What makes it even more special for Bryston is the camaraderie he shares with his colleagues, stating, “I enjoy the people I work with. It has taken me time to perfect color mixes and color matching. I have done many now and enjoy the process.”

Starting with no prior knowledge of paint and stains, Bryston acknowledges the immense learning he has gained through the supportive Cardinal team. His journey exemplifies the growth and development fostered within the company.

Outside of work, Bryston unwinds with a mix of hobbies. A fan of video games, TV shows, and sports, he keeps a keen eye on UVA, the Eagles, the Phillies, and the 76ers. But here’s a surprising tidbit about Bryston—he’s an extremely picky eater, adding a touch of uniqueness to his personality.
