Meet Nikki Crum, our vibrant Paint Specialist at the Lake Anna location! Nikki, who has been with Cardinal Home Center for 8 months, brings our team a burst of energy and happiness.

Nikki’s role is all about helping customers find the perfect paint solutions for their projects. Her outgoing personality shines through in her interactions, and she’s known for her enthusiasm and dedication to ensuring every customer is satisfied. One of her proudest accomplishments? Building a pallet couch entirely from her own creativity—no instructions needed!

When she’s not assisting customers or working on creative projects, Nikki loves spending her free time shopping with her mom and snuggling with her dog, Willow. Her Halloween spirit is unmatched, and she’s happiest when surrounded by family, enjoying the fall season from her back porch.

Nikki’s journey hasn’t been without its challenges. When she first joined Cardinal Home Center, she was shy but bravely stepped out of her comfort zone, proving that growth often comes from embracing new experiences. Her biggest lesson so far? The power of teamwork and never hesitating to ask questions.

For those looking to tackle a painting project, Nikki advises taking your time to choose colors and products carefully. “Ask, ask, ask any and all questions,” she says, “I just want you to be overjoyed with the finished project.”

Aside from her work and hobbies, Nikki’s unique personality is reflected in her impressive Nutcracker collection—over 235 pieces!—and her Ghostface shrine, which showcases her passion for all things spooky.
