Meet Jacob Temple

Jacob Temple has been a Cardinal Home Center team member for three years, starting in lumber and working with his dad, and since last fall, in his promoted position in Sales in our Crozet location. We asked Jacob what homeowners can do to keep the heat in and winter out, and he shared the following, “My biggest advice is checking for weather-stripping around your doors and windows. Cold air can easily get in during the winter months if these areas are not sealed properly. Our Crozet and Madison stores carry a variety of weather-stripping products.”

We appreciated Jacob’s advice, and further into our conversation, we realized Jacob is not afraid to venture out in the cold himself. Hunting and fishing are Jacob’s favorite outdoor activities, and he enjoys basketball and chess as well. After Jacob paused to make sure surrounding customers were happy, we asked Jacob what he enjoyed most about working at Cardinal Home Center?
