In this edition of our Employee Spotlight, we would like to introduce you to Austin, a dedicated and dynamic member of the Cardinal Home Center team. Austin’s journey with us spans an impressive nine years, during which he has worn various hats and left an indelible mark on the company.

Over the years, Austin has taken on a variety of roles within the company, showcasing his adaptability and willingness to learn. Starting in the paint department, he then transitioned into a driver role, and today, Austin is in sales, where his genuine passion for interacting with customers shines through.

For Austin, the best part of his job at Cardinal Home Center is the chance to interact with customers daily. Austin’s appreciation for his colleagues is also evident; he boasts of having a fantastic team that not only supports each other but also contributes to the company’s success.

Through his years with Cardinal Home Center, Austin has gleaned an important life lesson: hard work pays off. He firmly believes that putting in the effort and dedication yields positive results. This philosophy has not only contributed to his personal growth within the company but also serves as an inspiration to his colleagues.

Outside of his work at Cardinal, Austin is a devoted family man who cherishes his time spent with his children and fiancé. An adrenaline junkie at heart, he’s also deeply passionate about drag racing. Austin finds true happiness when he’s at the race track, surrounded by friends and family. Over the past year, he’s been channeling his energy into building a race truck, a testament to his dedication and hands-on approach to his passions.
