Top Home Projects For March
The birds are singing. The flowers are blooming. The weather is warming. March is the perfect time to get some projects done outside of the house and provide necessary maintenance to ensure that those things that keep you cool in warmer months are in great working order! Here are your top four home improvement projects for March.
1. Check your Air Conditioning Unit
Before it starts getting too hot, March is the perfect time to ensure your air conditioning unit is in good working order. Check to make sure the refrigerant levels are just right – if they are low, there is probably a leak that needs to be fixed. Oil the motors as needed and calibrate the thermostat. Also, check the condenser for possible issues and replace filters as needed.
2. Organize a Closet
Get a jump start on your spring cleaning and organize your closet. Now is the perfect time to go through and get rid of any items or clothes you no longer wear and donate.
